My children went back to school today after their two week Christmas break. It is kind of nice to be back in the routine, but we had a really great time hanging out together over the holidays! I have a great family! The four of us really enjoy being together and we seem to always be laughing and having a good time. (We have learned that playing Wii is a great way to laugh at each other and it makes for some great family bonding!) Sometimes we don't realize how blessed we are! We are not financially rich, but we are very rich in the things that matter the most in life! We try so hard to impress this on our children and I do think they get it most of the time.
I came upon this verse in Genesis in my quiet time today and it struck me as interesting. Not only did God promise to bless Abraham's family, but He promised to make them a blessing to others. That is really cool!
I see this in my family also. We are blessed by God and He in turn is using our family to be a blessing to others. I see it every day in some small way. What a privilege and honor we have!
I thank God that He has given my family a vision and purpose that can draw people to Christ and His plan for their lives! I hope that we can continue to grow and seek out ways to be a blessing to those around us!

Anne and I think that you guys are such an amazing family, and a gift to us and to Willow Church from God. I am sure that you are not even close to being aware of all the lives that you have touched and to what degree you have touched them. Thanks for your lives and your hearts.
